大学生就业压力的经济学分析及其思考

运用经济学方法分析大学生就业压力,认为择业是大学生人力资本投资与收益的核算过程。现在一方面就业压力大,另一方面需要人才的地方和岗位又招不到人才。这是区域发展不平衡、城乡发展不平衡大背景造成的结构性的矛盾。要解决这一结构性的矛盾,必须有更加合理的制度和环境,需要进一步解决编制、经费和人事、用工制度及专门的法规和配套政策。应通过灵活的措施和政策引导毕业生转变就业观念,到基层去建功立业。

Economic Analysis of the Employment Pressure of College Students

Career choosing is a calculating process of human resource capital investment and benefits through the analysis of economic approach.Currently,the structural conflicts of imbalanced regional de- velopment and rural and urban development results in the intense pressure of employment of college stu- dents and the lack of talents for the employment unit or post.More rational system and environment are needed to solve such structural conflicts.This article proposes that flexible measures and policies should be involved in changing the employment viewpoints.
