回顾了河北理工学院内部管理体制改革的历程 ,总结了改革的经验。认为 ,观念更新、思路清晰 ,指导思想的先进性与人事人才理论的创新性相统一是改革取得成功的前提 ;领导与群众广泛参与和支持、把思想政治工作贯穿于方案实施过程始终是改革取得成功的重要保证 ;改革要研究教育规律、遵循教育规律 ,注意提高处理实际问题的综合能力 ;改革要从实际出发、实事求是 ,处理好与发展、稳定的关系 ;改革是高校的永恒主题 ,只有与时俱进、开拓创新 ,才能不断取得成绩

Exploration and practice of the reform of interior management system of Hebei Institute of Technology

Looking back at the reform process of interior management system,we summarized the following.Creation of new ideas,careful thought,advancement of guiding idea and the unity of personnel theory and talent theory are the premise of reform's success.The widespread participance and support of leaders and the masses,the integrating ideological and political work with the performing process are the guarantee of reform's success.We should study and abide by the education regularity,and improve the comprehensive ability of dealing with practical problems.We should start from the practice,seek the truth from the practice,and deal with the relationship of development and stability.And reform is the everlasting theme of the development of universities.Only developing exploring and creating,can we made great achievements continually.
