| 摘 要： | 经20余年努力,我国的经济增长方式跨入由要素驱动向技术驱动转变的关键时期。实证分析显示:计划经济时期属于要素驱动经济增长方式;改革开放以后进入要素-技术驱动并向技术驱动持续转变,"十一五"时期已取得阶段性突破。其动力机制分解说明,对外开放、科技投入、基础设施改善、劳动力转移、工业化和教育水平的提高,都有力地支撑了我国经济增长动力结构的调整和增长方式的转型。但转型的基础仍不牢固,应采取措施,保持经济转型的持续动力,巩固经济转型的成果,提高经济增长的质量和效益。

| Abstract: | There is a great change in China＇s economic growth mode from element-driven to technology-driven.Empirical analysis shows that China＇s opening up to the outside world,science and technology input,improvement on infrastructure,shift in labor forces,industrialization and the educational progress are conducive to the change in the driving mechanism and growth mode.It is suggested that measures concerned should be adopted to maintain continuous drive to economical reforming,to consolidate economical reforming achievement and enhance the quality and benefit of economic growth. |
