论我国食品企业贸易竞争力的提升——以对日食品贸易为例

摘    要:近年来中日食品贸易相关数据表明,我国食品出口贸易虽然具有价格、质量和发展速度等方面的竞争优势,但也存在观念落后、资源整合能力弱、认证体系不健全以及出口国越来越多的限制等不利因素,直接影响我国食品企业国际贸易竞争力的提高。必须从政府、行业和企业等不同层面,通过深化改革、调整政策、健全安全控制体系,完善信息情报系统、促进产业结构升级,生产适销对路产品、加强自主创新、实施标准化生产,尽快提高我国食品企业的贸易竞争力。

Abstract:Recent data on Sino-Japanese trade show that although China's food export has competitive advantages in terms of price,quality and development speed,there still exists such negative factors such as backward concepts,weak ability to integrate resources,imperfect certification system and more restrictions from destination countries,which weaken china's food industry competitiveness in international trade.To improve the situation,we should deepen reforms at different levels of government,food industry and individual enterprises,readjust policies,improve safety control system,perfect information and intelligence system,upgrade food industrial structure,supply marketable products,strengthen innovation and standardized production.
