论高职法学教育的学力工程

随着世界经济一体化格局的形成与中国加入世界贸易组织,WTO法律(WTOLAW)在中国生效与操作,使中国经济领域和教育领域呈现出发展的势态.在与国际接轨与交流的市场上需要大量的法律服务人才,针对目前中国法律服务人才与人口比例较低的特点,对人才市场需求加以分析,提出在现有条件下对高职法学教育实行学力育人的看法,从而论证了双轨制办学的运转模式.

Some viewpoints on advanced law education in the professional college

Along with the global economic integration,and China's entry into the WTO,the enforcement and implement of the WTO law has become catalysts which stimulate China's ecomomy and education. In the international market,where China has to adapt to and communicate with international rule,numerous personnel with good law service abilities are needed. However,the current situation is that China's law service personnel occupies merely a small proportion of the population. Therefore, this article emphasizes analysis of the human resource demands in market,and advocates to raise the educational level of advanced education and talent development in relevant working people on law service, which provides some evidences verifying the'double -track'.
