| 摘 要： | 文章提出了设计文化现代化指标体系的５条原则，设计了衡量文化现代化的１０个二级指标与２４个三级指标。在确定了宁波文化现代化指标体系标准值后，采取层次分析法确定各项指标权重，推出影响宁波文化现代化的主要因素前四位是：文化投入、文化科技、文化法制和文化设施、最后，根据评价模型公式，测算出宁波文化现代化水平的现状评价值为５１．８分。其中差距最大的是文化法制。

| Abstract: | Based on the Proposed five Principles for the building of the evaluation system of the cultural modernization of Ningbo City, this paper develops 10 2nd-rate indexes and 24 3rd-rate indexes to evaluate the level of the cultural modernization of Ningbo City. Assigning weights to the indexes by the step analysis, this paper suggests four fundamental indexes of cultural investment, cultural science and technology, cultural law and cultural facilities. According to the formula from the evaluation system, the cultural modernization of the city is graded 51.8. |
