和谐:老子治国方略的理想

摘    要:老子的法律思想中极为重视和谐统一,以道法自然的无为而治为其治国之理想境界。而要实现自然和谐的理想社会,必须持有三个法宝,慈、俭和不为天下先。保有慈心,就会远离苛税战事,达到社会和谐。崇尚节俭,爱惜民财,才能广积少费,和谐有效地利用资源。谦下不争,君主就可以王有天下,贤人能重用,国际间达到和平共处。老子的和谐思想对建构社会主义和谐社会和节约型社会具有积极意义。

Abstract:Laotze's legal thought particularly pays attention to harmony. His ideal of running a country is governed by doing nothing that goes against nature. In order to realize the naturally harmonious society, Laotze thought the king must hold three magic weapons that is love , thrifty , modest. Love can reach the harmonious society because of no tax and war. Thrifty could accumulate little into mickle so that resources can be utilized effectively. Modesty may help monarch have the world and the person of virtue. At the same time different countries coexist peacefully. Laotze's harmonious thought has positive meanings in constructing socialist harmonious society and economic society.
