| Abstract: | The New Basel Capital Agreement (NBCA) is the latest law on risk management in every country's banks in the new international financial environment. The motivation of the NBCA originates the practice of finance in world, but its operating foreground is not very clear. The administrative staff of our commercial banks should grasp firmly the motivation of the NBCA, think over the different characteristic of our commercial banks, then adopt different measures for the development of the commercial banks in China. |
