MY THOUGHTS ON ADMINISTRATING TEACHERS THROUGH MORALS IN COLLEGES AND UNIVERSITIES

Colleges and Universities must profoundly know the contents of morals in teachers, adhere to "administrating teachers through morals" and "cultivating people through morals", establish a completely-new moral system for teachers and perfect the mechanism of its construction in colleges and universities, inspire all the teachers to cultivate themselves in practice, to study forever, to be brave to blaze new trails. Only in this way can we realize the forerunner role with overall situation in the strategy of building China into a powerful country by means of talents.
