| 摘 要： | 本研究通过访谈、观察等方法以牛行组织为例,分析了农村专业合作组织在新成员加入、经营资金筹集、信息获取、交易进行等过程中社会资本的运作情况,探讨了社会资本对农村专业合作组织发展的影响和作用,以及不同类型的社会资本在专业合作组织形成和发展过程中功效的变迁。

| Abstract: | This research analyzes the new membership registry,operation fund raising,information gathering and the business transaction in the rural professional cooperative members' business activities through visiting and surveying the Bull Guild in Lianghe Communities.It also discusses the impact of social capitals on the development of rural professional cooperative associations and the changes of social capitals' functions in cooperative association formation and development. |
