| 摘 要： | 泉州市在抢救、发掘和整理"原生态歌舞"方面积累了丰厚的经验,代表了我国"原生态歌舞"的保护现状和水平.通过对泉州市采用的保护措施进行分析,我们发现现有的保护措施停留在"保存"阶段,而对于法律保护措施未有涉及.其主要原因是我国相关立法缺位,保护"原生态歌舞"的组织不完善.时值我国<非物质文化遗产保护法>进入立法程序,各地方政府除继续加强抢救、发掘和整理工作外,还应当将"原生态歌舞"保护与知识产权制度相关联,切实保护"原生态歌舞"持有人的利益.
