| 摘 要： | 文章对近年来我国高校普遍存在的大学生欠费问题进行了分析.认为因为家庭确实贫困而导致的大学生欠费现象因有其存在的"合法性"基础,短时期内将会继续存在下去,高校在大学生资助中应发挥重要作用,但目前来看其责任明显过大.

| Abstract: | This article mainly discusses the existing problem of students' defaulting their tuition fee in colleges and universities. It draws the conclusion that this phenomenon has its legality basis because of the poverty of many Chinese families. And the situation will certainly exist for some time. The universities and colleges should play their active roles to provide assistance to students. However,judging from the present situation,they ought not to have undertaken such a great responsibility. |
