绝经后妇女活性氧与白细胞介素-6的相关性研究

摘    要:目的探讨活性氧与白细胞介素-6(IL-6)的相关性,进一步阐明活性氧与骨质疏松症的内在联系。方法本研究选择符合纳入标准的绝经后妇女,测定其骨密度(BMD),根据骨密度分为骨质疏松组、骨量减少组及正常组各30例。检测各组研究对象的血清丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)及IL-6,比较各组之间的MDA、SOD及IL-6的不同并分析MDA、SOD与IL-6的相关性。结果MDA与IL-6呈显著正相关(r=0.485,P<0.01),而SOD与IL-6呈显著负相关(r=-0.639,P<0.01);骨质疏松组的MDA较骨量减少组及正常组升高而SOD含量降低(P<0.01);骨质疏松组、骨量减少组的IL-6较正常组升高(P<0.01),骨质疏松组的IL-6亦较骨量减少组升高(P<0.05)。结论活性氧能促进IL-6的分泌,活性氧可能参与和促进了骨质疏松症的病理过程。

Abstract:Objective To clarify the correlation between reactive oxygen species and IL-6. Methods This research selects postmenopausal women which fit the research's standard and examines their bone mineral density(BMD), and divides them into osteoporosis group,bone mass reduction group and normal group base on their BMD. Then we examine their serum malondialdehyde (MDA),superoxide dismutase (SOD) and interleukin-6(IL-6),compare the difference of MDA, SOD and IL-6 every group,analysis the correlation of MDA and SOD with IL-6. Results Serum MDA level is positively correlated with IL-6(r=0.485,P<0.01), SOD level is negatively correlated with IL-6(r=-0.639,P<0.01); Serum MDA level is much higher in osteoporosis group than those in bone mass reduction group and normal group(P<0.01);Serum SOD level is much lower in osteoporosis group than those in bone mass reduction group and normal group(P<0.01); IL-6 level is much higher in osteoporosis group and bone mass reduction group than those in normal group(P<0.01).Conclusion Reactive oxygen species can accelerate secretion of IL-6,it takes part in and accelerates course of osteoporosis.
