| 摘 要： | 社团组织的存在与繁荣蕴含着深刻的政治和经济背景，作为与政府和市场并列的第三体系，社团组织有其自身独特的基本特征，即非营利性、民间性、自治性。目前我国社团组织发展过程中还需解决社团组织主体资格的法律规制、社团组织与政府关系以及社团组织内部管理等法律问题。
