| 摘 要： | 反倾销问题一直受到许多国家的关注 ,因为一旦被裁定反倾销 ,就将对该国经济产生严重的阻碍。多年以来 ,美国和欧盟一直是实施反倾销调查最多的国家和地区 ,本文将主要分析美国对东亚的反倾销裁定的特点 ,希望能对某些行业起到借鉴作用。

| Abstract: | Anti dumping has always been the concerns of many countries in the world because once anti dumping is declared valid it will bring serious obstruction to the nation's economy. For many years, the US and EEU have been the countries or regions among the most of anti dumping investigations. This article mainly analyses the US anti dumping features against East Asian countries in the hope that this analysis will bring referential use to certain industries. |
