| 摘 要： | 企业环境责任的履行，若无外在的法律强制，仅仅依靠企业的自律是不现实的，应加强从法律层面对企业的环境责任进行梳理，探讨法理基础和分析现行法律依据与实施机制，加强对企业的法律规制并重视经济激励措施的运用，只有这样企业的环境责任才能落到实处。

| Abstract: | Not all enterprises will assume their environmental responsibility without external legal pressure.To promote effective implementation of enterprise environmental responsibility,it is necessary to study the enterprises' environmental responsibility from the legal perspective by discussing and analyzing jurisprudence and legal basis and the implementation mechanisms,strengthening legal restriction of enterprises and attaching more importance to financial reward and incentives. |
