城中村农民利益表达面临的困境及对策分析

The farmers in the city surrounded villages are faced with the difficulties in expression of their interest.There is some blockage within the system channel,hence the rise of non-institutionalized channels and the lack of organization.The lagging of buildup of political system,the lower political quality in the farmers and the lack of organized expression of interest are the main reasons of their plight.To this end,the perfection of the expression mechanism of interest for the farmers,and the elevation of their political awareness and their level of organization are the measures to raise the level of their expression of interest.
