| 摘 要： | 技术与社会的发展使技术伦理评价日益受到重视。技术伦理评价的原则旨在为人们达成一致的伦理评价找到结合点。本文分别从技术与人、自然和社会三个层面提出和阐述了现代技术伦理评价的三个原则，即技术人道主义原则、技术生态主义原则和责任原则。

| Abstract: | With the development of technology and society,ethical evaluation of technology has gained growing importance.The principles for ethical evaluation of technology aim at finding a consensus point for appraisals.This article puts forward and elaborates three principles for ethical evaluation of technology,namely,the humanitarian,ecological,and responsible principles. |
