| 摘 要： | 在刘劭看来 ,名 ,指某人获得的人才称号或官职名号 ,实 ,指其人的实际才能、德行或具体政绩。名实相符就是指人才的才能、德行与其人才称号相一致 ,官吏的政绩与其官职名号相一致。名实相符的前提是“质于理合”;实质是才 (才能 )与职 (职位 )合 ;标志是“能”与“任”宜 ;保证是“以实检名”

| Abstract: | In the view of Liushao,Ming means the name of a qualified person or the official title of a government official and Shi means his actual ability,moral conduct or achievement.The name of a qualified person should be identical with his actual ability and moral conduct,and the official title of a government official should be consistent with his achievement. |
