| 摘 要： | 从立法规定、实施情况、原因探究和解决措施四个方面对我国死刑执行方法进行分析 ,认为以注射法执行死刑更加人道 ,符合我国刑事诉讼保障人权的诉讼目的 ,体现了行刑的文明化和社会进步。

| Abstract: | According to four aspects such as stipulation of legisture,implementing condition,exploration of causes and measure of solution,the author believes that carrying out death sentence with injection is more humanitarian,which is in line with the purpose criminal suit and guaranteeing human rights in China and reflects the civilization and social progress. |
