| 摘 要： | 从普遍意义上研究了应用创新型人才应该具有的基本内涵,分析了创新型人才在人格品质、精神状态、工作兴趣、观察能力和团结协作等方面所应该具有的基本特征。在此基础上,结合测绘行业特点,提出测绘行业应用创新型人才还必须具有实践性的特征。应用创新型人才培养应该体现在细微处和具体的生活、工作和学习中。

| Abstract: | The paper studies the basic connotation that application and innovative talents should have from the general sense.The basic characteristics that the innovative talents should have in the fields of personality quality,mindset,job interest,observation ability,unity and coperation and so on.On the basis,combining with the surveying industry characteristics the paper,proposes application and innovative talents must also have practical characteristics in surveying industry.Application and innovative talents should be trained in subtlety,specific life,work and study. |
