| 摘 要： | 文章在解释患者报告健康状况和患者体验内涵的基础上,介绍了国内外基于患者体验的医院绩效评价研究并比较国内外相对成熟的基于患者体验的医疗服务质量评价量表?借鉴国外医院绩效评估经验,提出下一阶段我国公立医院绩效评价的重要内容,为建立系统?科学的公立医院绩效评价体系提供借鉴?

| Abstract: | Having described the connotation of patient-reported outcome measures and patient-reported experience measures, we introduce the domestic and foreign researches on hospital performance measurement based on patient experience, and compare relatively mature medical services quality evaluation scales. Foreign hospital performance assessment is used for reference, and we put forward an important part of public hospital performance assessment on the next stage in China, which will provide reference on how to establish systematic and scientific performance evaluation system in public hospitals. |
