| 摘 要： | 党的十六届三中全会通过的《中共中央关于完善社会主义市场经济体制若干问题的决定》,贯彻落实了"三个代表"重要思想和十六大精神,为了进一步完善社会主义市场经济体制,在总结了20多年改革开放的经验和教训的基础上,提出了许多重大的新理论和新政策。

| Abstract: | "Decision on Some Problems about Improving Socialist Market Economy System"passed at the third plenary section of the 16th Central Committee of the CPC carries out the thought of "Three Represents"and the spirits of the 16th CPC National Congress ,and puts forward many important new theories and policies on the basis of the summary of more than 20 years' experiences and lessons of reform and opening to further improve the socialist market economy system. |
