| 摘 要： | 本文在探讨国民福利定义及其理论公式基础上,构建出国民福利核算的指标公式。同时,针对理论界在绿色GDP核算(狭义的国民福利指标)研究方面所出现的种种误解,以福利经济学外部性理论为依据,提出了外部性核算理论,从而为国民福利总值的核算给出必须遵循的基本原则。

| Abstract: | This paper tries to construct the index formulae of national welfare accounting on the base of probing into the definition of national welfare and its theoretical formulae.Furthermore, in the light of the exterior theory of welfare economics, directing against the various misconceptions about the accounting of green GDP (i.e.narrow national welfare index), the writer puts forward the exterior accounting theory, thus providing a basic principle of the accounting of gross national welfare. |
