| 摘 要： | 高等学校的科学分类和合理定位问题,是我国高等教育面临的一个非常重要的热点和难点问题。在我国高等教育从精英化教育进入到大众化教育阶段,如何以科学发展观指导不同类型、不同层次的高等学校各谋其位、各得其所,加强政府对高等教育的宏观管理,避免高等教育资源重复建设和闲置浪费,提高高等学校的办学效益,是我国高等教育急需解的重大问题。 |

| Abstract: | The scientific classification and reasonable localization of universities in our country is already an extremely important hot spot and the difficult question that our higher education is facing.Entering the popular education stage,our higher education should be instructed by the scientific development view.Universities and colleges should seek their proper places respectively.The macroscopic management of government to the higher education should be strengthened to enhance the school benefit. |
