后工业化进程中的组织变革

摘    要:在后工业化的进程中,人类赖以管理自我的组织形式将出现一场根本性的变革。20世纪后期以来的社会治理现实表明,人类时常地陷入危机状态之中,这是由于传统的组织形式不能满足后工业化条件下社会治理要求而导致的危机,它的直接现实要求就是,需要用一种新型的合作制组织去替代在工业社会表现的最为成功的官僚制组织。

Abstract:In the context of post-industrialization, a substantial transformation of the form of organizations which human beings rely on for self-management. Since the late 20~ th century, the fact of social governance has proved that human beings often run into crisis because the traditional organization forms could not satisfy the demands of social governance in post-industrialization era. This practically requires a new type of cooperation organization to replace the bureaucratic organization that has been acted most successfully in the society of industry.
