| Abstract: | The campus culture has important function in nurturing talents. In order to develop the campus culture, we must get full idea of the nature, implication, characteristics and talents-nurturing function of the college culture, grasp the talents-nurturing law, actively build the sound, progressive and colorful campus culture, and create the favorable cultural conditions and environment for nurturing talents. We must strengthen the management, establish the permanent effective mechanism for the building of the campus culture campus and realize the sustainable campus cultural development. |
