观念滞后:中国经济发展的瓶颈--以陕西为例

市场经济要求社会主体具有竞争观念、动态观念、利益观念、平等与差别观念、国际观念 ,同时还要有生产资料社会化观念、国家宏观调控观念、以智力劳动为本位的观念等等。目前 ,制约陕西经济发展的关键因素是观念滞后。对此 ,应采取如下措施 ,转变观念 :其一 ,作为先进生产力的代表者 ,应该重视理论学习 ,提高理论素养 ;其二 ,要充分认识市场经济的本质 ,发挥其优胜劣汰机制的作用 ;其三 ,要充分认识市场经济发展的客观规律 ,大力发展非公有制经济 ;其四 ,要深刻认识现代市场经济的特征 ,实行农业适度规模经营 ;其五 ,要按照市场经济的发展规律 ,解决当前改革与发展中的若干深层次问题

Outmoded Notions: The Restrictions on Chinese Economic Development

Marbet economy demands the concept of competition,dynamism,interests,equality and difference,internation and so on.At present,outmoded notions are the main restrictions on Shaaxi economic develpment,thus the following measures ought to be taken:firstly,putting emphasis on studying theories and promoting theoretic quality;secondly,fully understanding the essence of market economy and bringing the system of survival of the fittest into play;thirdly,fully understanding the objective laws of market economy development and developing non public economy;forthly,trying to get familiar with the characteristics of modern market economy so as to manage the agriculture at a moderate degree;fifthly,solving problems in current reform and development.
