| 摘 要： | 当前,农村民主建设取得了可喜的成绩,但仍存在诸多的制约因素。政治上,很多制度不配套,特别是保护农民利益方面的制度比较匮乏。在经济上,小农经济大量存在及商品经济不发达,是制约农村民主建设的根本因素。思想文化上,农村人口中文盲比例太高,封建落后思想观念根深蒂固。 |

| Abstract: | Significant achievements have been made in democracy construction, but many factors stili interfere with its development. Politically, many system is not perfect, especially we lack laws conceming protecting farmers' interest. Economically, small - scale peasant economy is ovenvhelming and commodity economy is underdeveloped, which are unfavorable to countryside democracy construction. Culturally, the illiterate constitute a big proportion. Feudalism has been deeply rooted in famers' mind. |
