| 摘 要： | 高校学报的质量主要由期刊刊用稿件的学术水平高低和编辑工作的质量高低所决定。因此研究探讨高校学报的内在质量要求和编辑素质的基本要求,对提高高校学报的质量十分必要。高校学报论文水平主要包括创新性、科学性及学术的争鸣性。而编辑人员基本要求有思想政治素质、文字加工处理能力、广博的知识面、良好的职业道德和淡泊名利的奉献精神。
