| 摘 要： | 从20世纪80年代开始,出现了推广和研究学习型组织的热潮,并逐渐风靡全球。文章主要讨论了中国IT行业学习型组织发展现状及存在的问题,并提出相应的解决对策,以促进我国IT行业学习型组织的健康发展。

| Abstract: | Ever since 1980s in the 20th century,a pro-learning organization has been popularized and studied and this has spread the whole world gradually. The paper discusses the present situation of the development of the pro-learning organization in IT industry in China, some existing problems and puts forward the relavent countermeasures in order to promote healthy development of the pro-learning organization in China's IT industry. |
