| 摘 要： | 我国大学文化建设过多地从宏观上考虑大学如何适应社会变化、被动接受政策安排，忽视了大学文化自身的发展规律，出现严重的生态失衡。大学文化研究也大多从教育学的角度切入，缺少文化学的视角。应将大学文化置于文化生态学的视野之下，从大学文化各种变量的交互作用中研究大学文化的发展规律，进而探究大学文化建设的新途径。
