构建和谐社会中的心理和谐及其实现路径

心理和谐既是构建和谐社会的必要条件，也是社会和谐本身的题中要义和价值追求。不和谐心理根源于对社会不和谐现象的主观体验。当前，我国社会总体和谐，但仍然存在着一些不和谐的现象，社会的不和谐反映到人的心理，就形成了与之相对应的各种心理的不和谐，如相对剥夺感和社会不公感、话语权缺失的压抑与郁闷、价值迷失与心灵空虚、忧虑心理和不安全感等。促进社会的心理和谐，必须规范收入分配秩序、发展社会主义民主政治、推进社会主义核心价值体系大众化、大力改善民生，不断夯实心理和谐的经济、政治、文化和社会基础。
