| 摘 要： | 实证分析了广东耕地的资源禀赋、配置结构和配置效益的变动情况，运用计量模型估计了农地产权制度变迁对广东耕地产出的影响，结果表明：广东耕地利用结构变化的重要特征是明显的非粮食化倾向和非农化态势，耕地生产率显著提高；农地使用权对农业产出的贡献为负值，农地转让权的完善对广东农地绩效的作用为正且在三种产权结构中影响最为显著，农地收益权对农业产出的贡献亦为负值但影响并不显著。

| Abstract: | This article positively analyzes the resource endowment,allocative structure and efficiency of farmland in Guangdong.The purpose of farmland in Guangdong obviously presents a non-corn and non-farm trend,showing high economic productivity.The econometrical model indicates that using-right makes negative contribution to farm output;transferring-right most notably promotes farmland performance;yielding-right also has a subtractive but non-apparent influence. |
