| 摘 要： | 无论是从语义学、逻辑学上看,还是从实际内容上看,联合国大会颁布的《Civil权利和政治权利国际公约》(TheInternationalCovenantonCivilandPoliticalRights)的名称都是一个不确当的命名,应当更名为《人身权利和政治权利国际公约》(TheInternationalCovenantonBodilyandPoliticalRights)。
