| 摘 要： | 针对长期以来高等学校二级院系缺乏一个科学合理可行的教师教学档案管理体系的现状,阐述了在教育部对本科教学评估的指标体系指导下,运用档案管理学的原理和方法建立的高等学校院系教师教学档案管理体系,及其应用于高等学校档案管理中的实践价值。

| Abstract: | In view of lacking a scientific and rational management system of teachers' teaching records in the department of universities for a long time,this paper expounds the management system of teachers' teaching records in the university created by adopting the principles and methods of records management and the practice value applied to the management of teaching records in the university under the direction of index system of teaching evaluation published by the National Education Ministry. |
