| 摘 要： | 纵览近代中国法律教育发展的历史,不难发现,其与中外关系的逆转有着密切的关联,两者都各依赖于对方,并从对方那里获得自我发展、自我完善的保证和条件,且双方各向对方条件的提供都需要以自身的结构性更新和转型为前提。可以说,法律教育现代化转型与近代中国对外关系的演变几乎是同步的。

| Abstract: | An overview of the historical development of law education in modern China finds that it has been close related to the evolution of Sino-foreign relations.they both are interdependent on each otherp,roviding guarantees and conditions for each other to self develop,on the prerequisite that each has realized structural upgrading and transformation.It is concluded that modernized transformation of law education has been synchronic to the evolution of Chinas’ foreign relations in modern China. |
