摘    要:作为学术编辑 ,高校学报青年编辑应该努力培养学者所具有的主体意识与能力。学报青年编辑学者化培养一定的学术涵养 ,有助于促进高校学报学术质量的提高。编辑理论与编辑工作既有统一性亦有分离性 ,而且学术研究亦不排斥多学科研究的可能 ,学报青年编辑学者化应首先培养某一学科专业的学术涵养并兼及编辑学涵养 ,这与做编辑“杂家”并不相同。学报青年编辑学者化的实现需要编辑之于学术研究付诸更大的努力 ,同时在青年编辑的进修、科研等方面应力求制度化。

Abstract:As academic editors, young tertiary institution journal editors should be accomplished with corpus consciousness and academic ability typical of a scholar. Scholarly training of young editors in academic learning helps to upgrade the academic quality of journals. Between editing theories and practice, there is unity as well as separation: mono-disciplinary research does not contradict with multi-disciplinary investigations. Scholarly cultivation of young editors should start with academic learning in some discipline and editorial studies, which cannot be taken to mean that editors should be "Jack of All Trades" scholars. The realization of scholar accomplishment of young editors requires painstaking efforts into academic research and the systemized management of in-service training and scientific research.
