摘    要:本文从培养报纸核心竞争力入手,提出了以壮大报纸实力为目标的经营策略,强调目标营销、新闻活动等在报业经营中的重要性,并指出报业竞争实质上是报纸质量的竞争,报纸质量乃是报业经营的基础,只有保证质量才能最终赢得市场、赢得读者。

Abstract:Starting with the development of the core competitiveness of the press, the paper stresses the importance of management by objective(MBO) and journalist activities in the press management by putting forward the management tactics that aim at strengthening newspapers. It points out that the press competitiveness is in essence that of the newspaper quality which is the basis of the press management. Only by ensuring its quality can a newspaper occupy the market and win over its readers.
