发展困惑、文化认同与心理重构——论农民工的城市融入问题

引导农民工转变为城市人口并融入城市，对转变经济发展方式、加快城市化进程、建设社会主义和谐社会具有重要意义。中国农民工面临的生存、心理、职业、社会、政治等发展困惑阻碍了农民工融入城市的进程，城市融入本身是破解困惑的重要价值取向和最终诉求。对农民工城市融入的规律和方向进行探讨后明确农民工城市融入的本质是城市亚文化认同，实现的关键是进行适应城市生产生活方式、思维方式、风俗习惯等亚文化的心理重构，才能促进农民工走出城市融入的困境。

Development Confusion, Cultural Identity and Psychological Reconstruction: Discussing on the Problem of City Integration of Migrant Workers

The smooth integration of urban migrant workers is important in transforming economic development mode, in accelerating urbanization and in constructing socialist harmonious society. Migrant workers have such developing troubles as survival, mental, occupational, social and political confusion, but city integration self is important value orientation and ultimate goal of solve the integration dilemma. After discussing the rule and direction, we definitude that the essence of city integration of migrant workers would be city sub cultural identity and that the key would be psychological reconstruction which would be adapt the way of city life and production, thinking and social customs and habits and so on in order to help migrant workers walk out the dilemma of city integration.
