| 摘 要： | 反垄断法作为竞争法的支柱,在市场经济国家的法律制度中占有极其重要的地位,起着基本法的作用。然而,规模经济却是社会化大生产的必不可少的因素,它在一定程度上推动着社会生产力的发展。因此,如何合理的判断垄断和规模经济的界限对于反垄断立法有着重要的意义。
