摘    要:薪酬历来都是一个倍受关注的问题,它不仅仅关系到个人利益,更牵涉到整个组织、整个社会、乃至整个国家的经济发展,所以,薪酬也历来是国内外经济学和管理学学者研究的重点。本文通过评述具有代表性的日本及美国的薪酬模式及其发展趋势,论述了这两种模式对我国企业建立现代市场经济条件下符合中国国情和企业实际状况的薪酬制度的借鉴意义。
