吉林省西部稻田土壤微生物区系的测定

摘    要:对吉林省西部不同季节稻田土壤微生物区系进行研究,结果表明,开发稻田的土壤微生物的数量明显高于未开发稻田的数量,春季稻田土壤微生物的数量多于秋季收割后稻田土壤微生物的数量;微生物数量以细菌的数量占优势,在8.25×107-1.31×108cfu/g之间;放线菌数量在6.21×106-9.16×106cfu/g之间、真菌数量在4.50×105-9.16×105cfu/g;稻田土壤的pH变化不明显。盐碱地saline land开发水田后的土壤肥力高、质地好,适于三大类微生物的生长。

Abstract:According to the study on paddy soil microflora in different seasons of western Jilin,it shows that the quantity of the microorganisms in the developed paddy is upwards of that in the undeveloped one;the quantity of these microorganisms in spring is higher than that of autumn post-harvest.Bacteria in the soil,which is 8.25×107~1.31×108 cfu/g in contents,predominate over actinomyces and fungi which are 6.21×106 ~9.16×106 cfu/g and 4.50×105~9.16×105 cfu/g respectively in contents.The pH of the paddy soil does...
