| 摘 要： | 先进文化的繁荣和发展,离不开各项文化事业的发展。而其中许多具有社会公益事业的性质,不可能完全通过市场来进行资源配置,因此公共财政在支持先进文化建设方面大有可为。本文从先进文化的供给和需求出发,提出了财政促进先进文化建设的若干措施。

| Abstract: | The advanced culture means for the modernization,the world,future-oriented national,scientific and popular socialist culture.Prosperity and development of advanced culture,is inseparable from the development of cultural undertakings.Many of the nature of social welfare undertakings,can not be completely carried out through the market allocation of resources,the financial support of advanced culture and building very promising.In this paper,the advanced culture of supply and demand driven,raised finance for the construction of advanced culture,a number of measures. |
