| 摘 要： | 从福建旅游的宏观角度,分析度假村的开发前景及开发价值,在此基础上,对鲜水村的旅游进行市场分析,并提出以水文化为核心的品牌定位和富于清流特色和学术创新的6大功能区概念设计,最后阐明了鲜水度假村的经济运行机制。

| Abstract: | From a macroscopic angle of the tourist situation in Fujian,this article makes a general evaluation of the developing prospect of Xianshui Village,gives a marketing analysis of tourism here and puts forward a conceptual design with 6 functional zones orienued to the local water culture and characterized by Qingliu's features as well as its academic creation.And finally it illustrates the economic functional mechanism of Xianshui Holiday Village. |
