高校中层管理干部考核评价模型的研究

摘    要:本文在现有干部考核评价方法的基础上,根据高校管理工作的特点,为更加客观、公正地考核评价干部,提出并建立了高校中层管理干部考核评价的立体考核模型。

Abstract:According to the characteristics of administration in the institutes of higher learning,the present paper,based on the current evaluation indicators of the performance by the leaders,presents a framework of criteria to evaluate the middle-level managerial carders of institutions of higher education objectively and equitably in order to establish a multi-dimensioned model for evaluation.
