| 摘 要： | 针对国内外鲜见被害人法律援助制度立法现状,认为刑事法律援助不仅是对被告人的法律援助,对被害人的法律援助是其应有之义,因而主张建立被害人法律援助制度。从内外两个层面剖析被害人法律援助制度的价值,并就制度构建中的援助模式、机构、人员、时间、受援被害人资格与审查主体以及援助形式等问题作了探讨。

| Abstract: | According to the current condition that there is no system of legal aid of victims at home or abroad.the author thinks that criminal legal aid is not only legal aid of defendants but also that of victims.The author advocates the establishment of the system of legal aid of victims.The article analyzes the values of the system from inter and outer layers and probes some existing problems in the course of establishment,such as aid model,organization,stuff,content,time,qualification of victims receiving aid and the subjects of examination. |
