| 摘 要： | 所有人都渴望快乐,然而没有多少人能长时间保持这种状态。人们定义“快乐”可以有不同方式,但经济在人们追求快乐中处于较重的地位。然而,虽然经济持续增长,但我们绝大多数人的努力并未取得理想的效果。文章提出一个与众不同的能够获得快乐的方法,同时又是一个实际有效的给人启迪的方法。
