| 摘 要： | 正确认识多元主体之间的利益关系,是弄清构建什么样的新农村、如何构建新农村的必不可少的思想前提。而要正确协调多元主体之间的利益关系、切实保障广大农民的根本利益、促进和谐社会的发展,则需要建立一系列相应的利益协调体系,并有赖于各项利益机制综合发挥作用。
