调整城乡结构提高城镇化水平

我国"十五"计划强调"要把调整产业结构与调整所有制结构、地区结构、城乡结构结合起来".只有在调整产业结构、所有制结构、地区结构的同时,调整不合理的城乡结构,提高我国城镇化水平,才能促进国民经济的良性循环和社会的全面、协调发展.为此,必须认清我国城乡结构不合理的成因及提高城镇化水平的战略意义,并在此基础上寻求加速城镇化进程的良策.
